We would like to thank you and the many staff members who made our wedding a beautiful, memorable occasion. Everything went so smoothly. The room where we stayed was beautiful, the continental breakfast the morning of the wedding was perfect, and needless to say, the Sunday brunch was wonderful.

Please thank Dawn for the beautiful job with the flowers; we all loved them and they were perfect with our outfits. The area where the ceremony was held was done beautifully and I loved the way the candles were set up. It was absolutely perfect.

Please thank Sue our wedding coordinator. She was wonderful and she put my nerves right to sleep. Thanks to her, things went so smoothly and we were very pleased with her.

Also thanks to Dawn who helped set up the rehearsal dinner in the Hunt room. Everyone had a great time and absolutely loved the food and the service we received. We all had a wonderful time; it was a great preview to the big event.

The room where the reception was held was absolutely gorgeous. All of our relatives and friends keep calling or e-mailing to tell us what a beautiful, elegant wedding we had. They had such a great time, they keep telling us they wish we could do it again.

Now that we’ve returned from the honeymoon, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and
the staff for making our wedding such a wonderful event. The room turned out to be perfect for both
the small, intimate ceremony and the dinner afterwards. Being the detail-oriented control freak that
I am, I was concerned about arriving a bit early to make sure everything was right. I need not have
worried! The room was set up exactly as discussed; the floral arrangements were beautiful; the lighting
perfect; the appetizer tray ready and the wait staff standing by to take drink orders. Service throughout
the dinner was wonderful. Even our mini version of the traditional wedding cake was lovely and
delicious.

So thanks to all of the staff for getting everything just right – and never making us feel that our small,
intimate wedding was any less important than the 200 person weddings that I’m sure are more
common!
